West Hosting Services, was founded in April of 2006 by two brothers looking for a way to deploy our web sites at a low cost, while maintaining a high level of service to our customers. Our parent company is based in Omaha, Nebraska and we have been creating creative web and graphic designs since the summer 2000.

We know the web and how to design the front and back end of a site. Web hosting became a "natural fit" to our already flourishing marketing and advertising company. We understand this is a people oriented service business, not just another tech company and would like a chance to prove to you that we're a company you can trust.


OUR SERVICES

HOSTING: We offer phone support 5 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM central time. However, if an emergency should arise please feel free to call and we'll be more than happy to assist. We have 99.9% uptime, and have a 30 day money back guarantee. Your site will be on a top-of-the-line Dual Xeon server that can provide instant backups of your site (this is available via the control panel). Our control panel is one of the best in the industry, and has over 52 scripts that can be installed with a click of the mouse.

SECURITY: With our hosting we also provide the knowledge that our servers are protected by APS Firewalls. Our firewall is hand scripted with such features as Mail flood protection, Apache flood protection, Brute force detection, DDoS attack protection. The only ports that are open, are the ones that need to be used by the server. The firewall uses iptables.
